Refund & Returns Policy – Hasini Fashion Jewellery

Thank you for shopping with Hasini Fashion Jewellery. We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality jewellery with a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds on Jewellery Purchases

Due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of imitation and handcrafted jewellery, we do not offer refunds on any products once delivered.

However, we ensure every product is checked for quality before dispatch.


2. Returns or Exchanges (Applicable Only for Damaged or Wrong Products)

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product received is damaged,

  • The product is defective, or

  • You received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide photos or videos as proof of damage/incorrect product.

Once approved, we will replace the product with the same item or provide store credit.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings

  • Nose rings

  • Hair accessories

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance

  • Panchaloham items (unless damaged on arrival)


4. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  1. We will arrange a pickup or ask you to courier the product back (case by case).

  2. Once the item is inspected and approved, we will process a replacement or store credit.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the mistake is from our side.


5. Store Credit

For eligible returns, we offer store credit that can be used on any future purchase.
Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.


6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If the order is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong address entered by the customer

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Courier attempts failed

Reshipping charges will apply. No refund will be provided.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
