  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

  • You will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp, SMS, or email after dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

  • Free shipping may be available during promotional offers or above a certain order amount (if applicable).

Deliveries are subject to courier service availability in your location.

5. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Hasini Fashion Jewellery will not be held responsible for courier delays, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Consistent unavailability of the customer

  • Courier attempts failed

The package will be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply, and no refund will be provided.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

You can track your shipment using the link provided by the courier partner.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos/video immediately

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved

We will assist with replacement or support based on our Returns Policy.
